Our wedding coordinators will plan, design and orchestrate every intimate detail of your wedding. We will coordinate, facilitate, communicate, mediate, assist in budget preparation, recommend and select preferred vendors and venues, just to name a few. Our role is to be at the top of everything in order to provide you with the wedding of your dreams and desires. We will coordinate with the vendors you selected and booked, direct the wedding ceremony and rehearsal dinner and be on hand to orchestrate the entire wedding day to ensure all vendors and suppliers are prepared, on time, and are set in place doing their jobs. We will be on hand to take care of any emergency that should arise ... from supplying needle and thread for a quick fix to picking up the groom with cold feet. We require at least two client meetings prior to your wedding in order to become familiar with your selected sources and requirements.		Consultation is recommended at the beginning of your wedding planning. Our coordinator will not be at your wedding, but will be available to provide you with the information necessary in planning your special day. You can book one meeting or come back as many times as you wish during your planning process. Many couples are choosing to elope instead of having the traditional wedding ceremony.
